Your Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, coordinate diagnostic testing, and develop personalized care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in collaboration with physicians, or independently depending on your credentials
• Guide patients and their families on health maintenance, preventive care, and management of existing conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatment protocols as allowed within your practice scope
• Engage in follow-up care and chronic illness management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive and streamlined patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Credentials

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or comparable specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or obtain within 90 days)
