About the Position: Develop a supportive relationship with clients and assist children and families in addressing needs and meeting goals with the overall objective of achieving solutions that promote stability and permanency. A Typical Day as a Community Outreach On-Call Advocate: Work with children, teens, adults, and families who are experiencing crisis Provide positive intervention, stabilization, de-escalation, and conflict management using a trauma-informed and family centered approach. Document all services delivered to track client progress and plan for achievement of established goals. Location: 123 S. McArthur St. Macomb, IL, with willingness to travel and spend several hours in the field visiting client's homes, communities, and attending court.
