Supporting a diverse portfolio of events, the full-time remote Event Coordinator will manage logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination for both DataSpring-owned and sponsored events, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand standards. Key responsibilities Coordinate planning and logistics for DataSpring-owned events, including executive meetings and symposiums Assist in maintaining event documentation, timelines, and communication with attendees and vendors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event plans with marketing priorities and stakeholder expectations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing coordination, or related operational roles Experience supporting both virtual and in-person events, meetings, or conferences Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event registration platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
