Speech Therapist (ST/SLP) – Home Health
Health Care 4 All, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services according to the plan of care.
• Establish and monitor short- and long-term goals.
• Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent documentation and charting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Home health experience preferred.
