Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to company quality standards. Follow established cleaning checklists and procedures for each client visit. Use company-provided cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in clients' homes. Work independently or as part of a cleaning team to complete assignments efficiently. Report any damages, safety concerns, or client feedback to management.Prior housecleaning, maid service, or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working in clients' private homes.
